Invoice with p&p discount...help!

I'm trying to send an invoice to a buyer who won 3 of my auctions, and I need to create a discount on the p&p - but it won't let me.
Can anyone hold my hand and talk me through this one?!

I had this problem...I think if you click on preview invoice, it lets you do the discount at that stage, if you just do the discount on the first +/- page it doesn't do it. Is that it? Have a go, and I'll try and find the thread where I asked.

once you have inserted the discounted P&P 'don't' click on recalculate.
If you want to check it you can preview before sending

Make sure you put - then the amount you want to discount. Preview it and it should have deducted the amount.

Knew it was something to do with the preview button lol.
