For the first time, RM seem to have lost something I've sold. Was a lovely handbag that went for £28 so am a bit

Anyway, know I can claim against RM, but (maybe this is a stupid question) do I receive compensation in stamps or cash?

Looking at the RM website, it seems to be I get stamps - would much rather have the cash!

Does anyone know how this works? thanks!

write a complaint letter with proof that it was sent and proof of perchase, and the can refund in cash. Or call them.

You can download form on their website. They send a cheque (or postal order) I'm assuming you have proof of posting :-)
