Seller query after Neutral feedback.

I bought a bodywarmer two weeks ago. It took ages to arrive even though it was supposed to be first class. I did email twice and she apologised and sent it. When it arrived it was grubby had been near horses as it set my allergy off (didnt put that in feedback) and the pockets were full of stuff.
I gave neutral feedback based on the above. One of the things in the pocket was a flannel thing from disneyland, its tiny then gets bigger under water. The other thing was a rude letter addressed to a livery saying they had been disobeying livery rules. It was from a stables in Kent and the BW came from a seller in Kent.
She has now emailed and asked what was in the pockets as she said she had hardly worn it and it had been in her wardrobe!
Do i tell her? I think i should but am not sure!!

I would ignore it.

You've left your feedback, that should be the end of the transaction imo.
