a seller cannot add a BIN price if someone has already bid on an item that didn't have a BIN price to start with?

I saw an item that I wanted to bid on, someone had asked the seller if she would offer a BIN price, and she said she would if she was offered the right price. I have since bid on the item - so can she now add a BIN price for the other buyer?

You are right although from reading on here I've gathered that some people will end the auction and sell outside of Ebay or encourage that bidder to bid to the value agreed then opt to sell to the highest bidder. I gather this is all frowned upon though.

she can't add a bin if it has a bid
