I sold a growbag, the ribbone on the waist band had faded but apart from that it was immaculate. Buyer received the item and left positive feedback saying 'lovely item thanks' but has now sent me the following message

""Hi, grobag arrived thank you, but I was disappointed to find it had a yellow stain around the neck, I know you said the ribbon had faded which was fine but after I washed it to get the stain out of the neck I noticed there was a patch at the back with no dots on it just a patch of white, not happy with it at all could I please send it back for a refund thanks""

As far as I am concerned there was no 'stain on the neck' or 'patch at the back with no dots on' when I sent it to her

She states she has washed it, do you think she has ruined it when washing and is now trying it on? Don't no what to do, don't understand why she left positive feedback and now has changed her mind??

Would be really grateful for any advice

reply with - Unfortunately due to the length of time you have had the item and the fact you are unable to return it in the condition in which it was sent I am unable to offer a refund.
