On the 14th March I bought a TV/Monitor for DS for his computer which is supposed to be a present for his birthday. I paid £99.99 for the item and £15.00 for next working day delivery. As i Hadnt recieved it I emailled the seller last Sunday who promised to chase up the courier. He didnt get back to me son on tuesday I emaiiled again and claimed the courier company had lost the parcel. So he would send it out again using a different courier. I havent heard anythin since and have had no replies to emails.

I have looked on the feedback and 2 negatives have appeared, saying item hasnt been recieved. Should I wait a little longer or open a dispute?

It says on the help pages

"If the seller hasn't made things right, contact us so that we can help. You can open a case 3 days after the estimated delivery date of an item or 7 days after the listing ended if you weren't given an estimated delivery date".

So presuming the estimated delivery date was 15th March you can definitely open a case.
