Had an email - asking me to do feeback & I already have

But it was a while ago & I can't see it on my summary

How do I check that I did do it?

Should I just believe the email?

I've only bought about 3 things this year - so I am a little as I am quite good at doing it as soon as the parcel arrives

was it an email or an ebay message.
if an email don't click on any links. I have had them in the past - for items that aren't mine/don't exist. Just ignor.
In fact, if it's an ebay message asking for feedback, just ignor

Well I went & looked (I found a bit on ebay which showed the feeback I had left) & there was nothing showing

But I clearly remember doing it - so I must be going mad
