paying by postal orders on ebay

i buy off ebay a lot and just recently ive had two sellers emailing me saying payment not recived i have the po recipts to prove i had ,so now im gonna get unpaid item strikes ,also i paid for a parcel and it came ripped whith a pair of shorts missing how do i sort it all out thanks

Hi! I think the best way to resolve the problems is to write to e-bay help centre. They are very helpful and usually answer within few hours.

if you send postal orders they must be crossed and you must send them recorded delivery.
Not much you can do with the ones already sent - unless you can ask at the PO about checking if they have been cashed.

the item that arrived damaged with missing item - contact the seller and ask for a partial refund. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure an item reaches its destination in one piece. they need to give you a partial refund and then they can claim from the Royal Mail - although if it was inadequately packed then they may not be successful (but that's not your prob)
