Sold an item a fortnight ago for £3. Buyer collects, as per listing.

She paid within 3 days through paypal, sent me few emails about possible collection times, but since then it's all gone very quiet. In the meantime, I'd quite like the item gone. I've sent her a few plaintive emails, to no avail.

TBH I would refund her £3 and relist the item in the hopes of a reliable buyer. She knew it was buyer collect but has failed to do so.

Just wondering what kind of numpty pays for an something and then fails to collect?! Would they pay for petrol then drive off without filling up? Or buy a meal out and leave without eating it?! What a dopey mare!

I think you can ask ebay to give you her phone number, and try contacting her that way?

Maybe she's in hospital. Could you not hold on to it for a little while?

We had someone buy something for 99p pay by PP and has just collected last night after 2 weeks! Although to be fair, we did hear from him occasionally....
