Buyer left me a negative feedback, delivered the item to his home yesterday, what would you do?

Hello,

Basically I sold a towel rail radiator on ebay, I had to contact the buyer after 7 days to know when he was going to come and pick up the item...

We agreed when he will come unfortunately the day he was suppose to come but he failed to inform me a time...

I was asked to stay at work longer and my phone had run out of battery so I wasn't having the possibility to contact the buyer.

Anyway cut a long story short, when I got home I turned on my phone and the buyer texted me he had been waiting 1 hour in front of my house, I called him back telling him I am sorry and that I will come and drop it at his place by the end of the week.

We dropped the item yesterday with my dp, first of all not only did the buyer asked to negociate the price of the item (which we didn't agree to) but now he left me a bad feedback...

I am really annoyed...

Is there anyway I can report him for leaving a false feedback?

It won't be considered false feedback - it is the feedback he felt represented his experience of the transaction.

ok so I emailed him and he is willing to change his feedback since he left it before I delivered it to him but he says he can't change it unless I leave him positive feedback, is it true?

as a seller you can only leave positive f/b anyway

I know that I can only leave a positive feedback,

but my question was, can he review his negative feedback on my account after I left him a positive feedback or is he just trying to be cheeky?

as far as I know you can't change the feedback you have left - unless things have changed.
someone mentioned on here recently that a neg they left was removed so maybe there is a way for you to request its removal...?
