Please could I have some advice?
Am wondering what I should do - I had won an auction where the seller offered courier collection. She cannot amend the invoice to the correct post amt & has requested to cancel the transaction as she says its too much hassle to wrap it for collection & wants collection in person now. I have offered to collect in person but she wont give me her address & now says she will give it to a friend as "too much hassle" My gut feeling is thast she has been offered more money for it perhaps as she was arranging the collection with me, said a day it could be picked up & then out of the blue decided not to sell. Obviously I cant make her homour the sale, but I'm really annoyed by her - what, if anything, should I do? Why ebay it if youre not going to go through with it - its very unfair!
