Have bought some fake trainers, what do I do now?

Have bought some 2nd hand trainers on ebay which arrived today. They are blatant fakes though. We know this for sure as dp has 3 pairs of nike airmax, one an identical model to the pair we've bought, and ds's have 3 pairs of nikes between them. These look nothing like them, and having googled fake nikes it confirms it. I have also googled the sku codes for all of the genuine ones and the ones bought from ebay, and guess what...they all come up as hte trainers googled except the fakes.

Do I contact to seller 1st? Then contact ebay & paypal? Or do I contact ebay 1st? How do I contact ebay?

Just to add it wasn't from a shop or China or anything, but from a seemingly genuine seller. Having since looked at the seller there was 1 item, also for a pair of trainers, and the reason for sale (bought wrong size) was exactly the same, the whole advert was exactly the same, despite being some time between listings. I'm wary that they may have genuinely bought the wrong size & not realised they were fake, also that they may have bought them, realised they were fake so decided to wait a few years & stick them on ebay.

I'd contact the seller first. Give them a chance to refund you. If not then get onto ebay to report it.

maybe the seller really did think they were genuine ?

I contacted the seller last night giving him the benefit of the doubt, and also contacted Nike, will be going to Nike shop near me later to show them. The seller has replied obviously claiming his innocence, although I don't believe him as he claims he bought them from footlocker, in which case 1, he wouldn't have bought the wrong size and 2, they wouldn't sell fakes. So ebay have now been informed.
