How do I change bank and card details without losing my rating?

I moved to the UK last year. My ebay paypal account was originally set up in Spain.

I'm trying to change the card details to DPs as my cards for our account in Spain are no longer active and the form won't accept my new UK bank and card details because it 'thinks' I'm still in Spain.

I could just close the account and start again but it says if I do that I'll lose my rating.

ah ebay the only internet thingy i know anything about but sorry i cant help much.

have you tried changing details on .com rather than .uk/ .eu? thats all i can think of.
