seller not sent item

hi i won an item off ebay end of jan ,i payed by postal order ,waited a while for item to arrive ,seller send a email to say payment not recived ,so i opened a case as she did for non payment ,so now have unpayed strike on my account,i emailed the seller and ahe was addiment that i did not send payment i have now found my postal order recipt ,what do i need to do now thanks also ive been waiting for two more things to come off other sellers and they said items been posted ,ive got a feeling im been ripped off any advice on what to do nxt

for the 2 who say they have posted them - you can open an item not received dispute.

re postal order - you should be able to check whether it was cashed - ask at your PO. Did you send it recorded delivery - if so check the tracking number and see who signed for it.

no just by normal post but shes had some bad fb too

all I can advise is that you leave appropriate feedback for this one and put it down to experience - best to pay with paypal then you are covered.
