Arghhh really pissed off!

Just got my 103rd feedback, a bloody neutral after having 100% positive

I send a bundle of 50 items, it was UK only but agreed with this woman to post to Germany.

I washed and ironed them all and packed them for collectiuon.

When they arrived she said a few ites were missing (one of them wasn't in the auction but was on the photo i clearly sated that)

As soon as I got her email I replied apologising several times and telling her I would find them and post them to her from my pocket asap.

I have the parcel ready to post with the 2 items i forgot to put in and just went to get here adress and shes left neautral saying that I don't reply to emals?!?!?!

thats simply not true i answered every eemail and told her i was posting them to her!!

I know it was a mistake missing out the 2 tops but i emailed her and said sorry and that i was psoting them on!

there have been issues with ebay messages not arriving

Ive just looke din my out messages and i sent her an email on the 17th which she didnt get, shes insiting i only contacted her after she left neutral

I've been puzzled recently that my stars for comminication have dropped. I have been comminicating exactly the way i always have done and so I'm now wondering if people simply haven't received their mails.
It's so frutrating when we suffer problems that are the fault of ebay and are things we can do nothing about ourselves. My p&P stars have dropped dramatically as during the forced 'free p&p' period buyers were marking me down (probably thinking the p&p star is now a neither/nor and so marking a 3) The problem is I am getting closer to become a power seller or a TRS and this could ruin it for me.
