Quick question about paypal/ebay!

Sold something today (havent for a while though) and ebay says that the buyer has paid but paypal is showing nothing, also no email to confirm payment. Any ideas?? Thanks xx

Could they havd paid by cheque and marked it from their side as payment sent?

Hovering over the payment icon it says buyer paid with paypal.

That is odd. Not sure what to suggest other than contacting the buyer.

Yeah done that but waitin for them to get in touch. So frustrating!! Wasn't for an extravagant amount of money either so doubt it was a scam. Wasn't sure if it maybe took a while to go into the account but looking on the help section it says it should be recieved immediately.

might be a prob with PP - I did a load this am, but it didn't carry over, so I did it manually on ebay. but the money has left my a.c thou.

Have you logged into paypal to see if you have to claim it?

is your email addy correct?

I second sixlostmonkeys - it is probably a problem with your paypal address. I once put in the wrong email address by mistake.
