here goes, sold some childrens clothes and was paid ny paypal on the 11feb, posted my items out on 12th feb due to previous problems i always send 1st class recorded delivery.
the buyer emailed me earlier on stating that her parcle hasmt arrived yet, so i checked royal mail tracking and it had been signed for on the 13th feb, however on checking order details on ebay the dleivery adress was house number 28, the receipt i have states house number 25, the only thing i could think of is that the man in post office read it wrong and typed in 25, not 28 .... buyer never mentioned a while you were out card, so im assuming they have kept it and not said anything...
what happens now?
is there anything i can do ?
