New to ebay, paypal withholding funds.. ?

Hi, I have only just joined ebay and have sold 3 items.. have posted all but didn't use the print postage thingy as my printer has died! Have marked all as dispatched and 2 have been delivered, the other is international.

Paypal are withholding all funds for 21 days, er, is there anything I can do about this? The items were in great condition and sent next day delivery but I haven't had any feedback left and as I am new I have a score of 0. Any suggestions or tips?

It wont be anything to do with the items, it will be pay pal have you just set uo the pay pal account to?

No, it is because you are new seller! Email the buyers and explain and ask them to leave feedback so your funds can be released!

Thanks for replies, I am so new I didn't know if that was the 'done thing' iyswim! I hope they leave nice feedback or I may be worse off I might send a standard message saying (in fuller terms) thank you hope everythings ok please leave some feedback....

Yes, just explain as you are a new ebayer, please could they leave feedback to release the funds. I have people do this

I had a a seller email me and ask me to leave her feedback asap if I was happy so her funds could be released.
Was hapy to do so and she was happy too.

I have just been asked to do this, although she won't send the item until I have given positive feedback as she says she needs the money to pay the postage. I am not sure what to do as I need the item for my daughter's birthday present so can't really afford to wait. Apparently she won't have any cash available to send it to me until next week otherwise. Sounds a bit fishy to me.

Er, no, no positive feedback when you don't have the item. Buy something else, and start a paypal dispute.
