Sold a pushchair, BNIB using stock picture. Buyer paid instantly, no problems. This morning I have an email from ebay saing it has been removed because I used a stock picture and breached copyright.

Now what do I do? Buyer is hapy to still have it and the payment is still in PP, but the listing has been cancelled (all be it after she clicked buy it now and paid)

I just want to do the right thing and also make sure I don't end up out of pocket for it, is it still ok to send it to her or should I refund her and relist it with real picture?

WOW....this is new to me, didnt know listing could get cancelled for doing this !

i would prob refund and relist (you dont need a picture they are optional) and send buyer the item number so she can search for it that way.

Yes that's what i am thinking as if I send it and then she reports it I imagine I will be snookered!

I didn't know about the pictures either
