Just spotted this on an item I'm "winning" . If it sisnlt in condition described, say, would I still have no comeback even with pp?

you can still claim with pp

If its not in the condition described, a different item or damaged then you can get your money back through pay-pal.

yy no matter what seller put...no returns is usually only if you the buyer change your mind/ don't like colour etc.

Paypal will always let you return if it doesn't match description. HTH
