How do I make postage correct on an invoice..?

[shhhh]

I have sold 3 items to the same buyer.

1. Comes with free p&p
2. Comes with postage
3. Comes with postage BUT I have agreed a discount.

On the total invoice it only shows postage for the one item which is lowest postage.
BUT its not correct.

How do I amend the invoice..?

I have sent it to the buyer asking them to amend the paypal payment if possible but it doesn't sound professional iykwim...

do you mean the invoice shows combined postage which is too low?

as two of the items were not p&p inclusive it should allow you to amend the p&p. check all boxes for each item and recalculate > insert correct amount for p&P, click preview, then send. > don' t click recalculate again.

It won't allow me to amend anything...
I have ended up sending 2 invoices (one for 2 items, one for one item) and telling buyer I will refund the overpayment...
