Help - what would you do?

Last week I sold a pair of BNWT mens jeans - in the description were all the measurements legs waist etc I also state in my info that I don't accept returns, however the buyer has just emailed me to say they want to return the jeans as they are too small

I'm really torn about what to do as I don't really want to risk negative feedback (I'm very proud having just reached 100 stars!), however I do state no returns and am pleased ot have sold them as I'm having the world's biggest clear out and really don't want stuff back...

So would you hold firm and say no refunds? or would you offer to take them back and refund minus postage and listing fees? or is there something else I should do?!!

thanks

I have been in a similar situation about 4 or 5 times. I just accept things back. I have 500 stars and don't want to loose them!

Just emailed my buyer and agreed for him to send them back, thanks for the advice
