Anyone had success changing name/email address on Paypal?

I got married in the summer and I would like to change my name and email address on Paypal but it is so tedious and I am getting rather annoyed.

Every time I email I get a response from a different person who tells me to do the same thing - fax or email marriage cert details.

I don't have access to a fax or scanner and I have told them this about 50 times.

I have already posted the info to a postal address they gave me but they have lost did not receive the information.

I asked if I could have my emails directed to a manager twice, but there has been no response.

It is just an f*ing joke!!!

I feel your anguish, I had a similar experience with them and in the end I sent a certified copy of my marriage certificate recorded delivery and they finally changed my details!

Oh gosh........I feel your pain. It took me months..........they did accept a photograph of mine in the end, but to be honest, I would close it and open a new one!
