I'm very new to ebay having only ever bought stuff from shops rather than buying/selling from individuals but I've decided to try to get rid of my mat. wear.
I sold this item last week but now I have a message from the buyer saying "hia..got the jacket, unfortunately the item is not to my expectation & as described. it is not in good condition, it is soo being used + dirty & all the 3 buttons almost felt loose. the most important thing u should describe that the color is not exactly as shown in the pic, it is a very bright green as compared to the pic it is a teal color (hte reason why i bid for it). please let me know how can we resolve this matter."
The coat is not dirty and has only been used from end Oct to end of Dec so is by no means "very used". The coat is more green in appearance than the photo perhaps shows but I specifically used the words jade green in the description.
I'm not sure how to proceed??
