took 2 weeks to finally get buyers address for postage (on ebay/paypal no address showed bar town name and postcode)
so i posted item by recorded delivery- and according to tracking- it is at her post office awaiting her collection or request for redelivery.
i emailed her twice...and then a third time today, pointing out that if she does not collect it, and it is returned to me, i will only refund her purchase price of the item (99p!) and not the postage . I've also pointed out that the items value is in excess of £5...so she'd be better off collecting it...
why am i worrying? I have done all i am expected to do....but something teels me that 'the customer is always right' and she will contact paypal and get a full refund.
