Negative feedback, can seller reciprocate?

I recently bought an item on ebay and it was clearly fake.
I tried to solve this amicably with the seller but they weren't interested and I went through a paypal claim which was found in my favour and got a full refund.

I want to leave negative feedback as the seller was very difficult and not willing to refund in full, if I do this can they leave negative or neutral feedback for me, even though I paid straight away etc?

They can leave neutral but not negative me thinks

I don't think sellers can leave anything other than positive now...they certainly can't leave neg.

Thanks, am also bit confused, have been looking on ebay but cant find anything specific on this...

They can leave neutral too, I have sold many things on ebay and when I have left feed back there has been options to leave neutral or positive

Sellers will no longer be able to leave negative or neutral Feedback for buyers. This change will be introduced in May, 2008.

How bizzare because I sold my doppler on there a few weeks ago and it gave me the option on leaving positve or neutral feedback for the buyer Confused
