Negative feedback, can seller reciprocate?

I recently bought an item on ebay and it was clearly fake.
I tried to solve this amicably with the seller but they weren't interested and I went through a paypal claim which was found in my favour and got a full refund.

I want to leave negative feedback as the seller was very difficult and not willing to refund in full, if I do this can they leave negative or neutral feedback for me, even though I paid straight away etc?

Thanks

They can leave neutral but not negative me thinks

I don't think sellers can leave anything other than positive now...they certainly can't leave neg.

They can leave neutral too, I have sold many things on ebay and when I have left feed back there has been options to leave neutral or positive

sixlostmonkeys · 22/01/2010 15:48

sellers can only leave positive

pages.ebay.co.uk/businesscentre/2008bsrl/feedback-update.html

Sellers will no longer be able to leave negative or neutral Feedback for buyers. This change will be introduced in May, 2008.

How bizzare because I sold my doppler on there a few weeks ago and it gave me the option on leaving positve or neutral feedback for the buyer Confused

Thanks slm, that is reassuring (as a buyer, not as a seller though!)...
