It'not Ebay, but I ordered some Boots from Clarks and put in the special instructions box that if I was not in to put behind the bin. I have got home today, have the courier card saying it's behind the bin and it's not. This is the first time that this has happened in 9 years living here!
Can I claim non delivery/loss or does it fall on my head as I specified leave the boots behind the bin? I feel like a right idiot. Thanks for any advice
