I'm so cross atm. Stupid buyer left neg feedback and I can't leave them the same, so annoying. I sold an item in NOVEMBER, she got shirty coz I didn't send it very quickly, I wouldn'y mind but I state a long delivery time in my listing becuase I can't get tot he post office very often. So I say sorry, say it will be posted the next day or if she'd prefer i'll give a refund. She takes the refund option, which I do literally stragiht away. All sorted I think. Oh no stupid cow leaves me neg fb on 8th Jan??!! I just assumed since the transaction was withdrawn we would each not leave fb. She won't withdraw it, and I have commented saying it was sorted so why leave fb.

It's made me really annoyed though, silly woman. I have read comments she's left for others and she does seem to do this so I know it shouldn't bother me, but why get so stupid about it. I did inform her this was not a business, i'm not a bloody shop selling just trying to sell on a few unwanted things.

I'm now sat wondering why i'm so annoyed. but i needed to vent.

Stupid stupid ebay

Why did the take away the sellers right to leave neg or neutral fb it's just unfair

Know how you feel! Sold something and they picked it up in person and then left negative feedback! Why oh why didn't they say they didn't like the condition when they came to collect. I offered a full refund and asked them to change the negative feedback. Thankfully they did, but I too noticed that they left all sorts of strange and some negative feedback for other sellers too, e.g "Used book, you can tell it's used." That was for a listing for a USED book

Totally relate. Got negative feedback from a buyer today. I had taken some time posting an item out because of issues with snow and getting to the post office. I was totally honest with her, emailed her to keep her in the loop and even refunded her on the postage because I felt so bad it had taken nearly a fortnight to get the parcel to her - and she still gave me a negative rating and bitched on my feedback page. All over a £1.99 bloody dress! Boooo.

Some buyers just set out to leave Negative feedback. When I first started selling on ebay I sold a massive (200+ items) of baby girl clothes. They were all immaculate and I had even ironed them all . They sold for 99p!!!!! So, I booked a courier for that same day and the buyer received them the next day. They left neg feedback saying ''delivery could of been quicker, one item not ironed'' I couldn't of gotten any quicker if I tried and I doubt that one unironed item warrants a Negative!!! Anyway, managed to finally get them to agree to get it withdrawn.

I was gutted.

Can anybody help me ??- i have just sold a perfectly good pram on E-bay which is in great condition i stated on the description that it was used and there were scratches to the frame as it had been in storage, Now the buyer is saying the pram was filthy (i washed before i posted) and the seat unit was full of crumbs even though i have only ever used the carry cot on the pram which is a Mamas and Papas Herbie, I am really panicking now because my paypal account has been placed on hold and they would like a refund , i dont have the money to refund or the time to accept a return as i am in the middle of moving house, i would never sell anything that i would never ever be happy to receive myself - Please any input would be great Confused
