WWYD? buyer claiming shes not received item.

Had an email today from a buyer saying they havent received their item... but left she me positive feedback last week saying 'Great ebayer Super post Many thanks A+++'
She won a similar item a few days later so maybe changed her mind on mine?

What would you say to her?
Have written this so far but dont know how to end it.
Hi, im sorry but im not sure what to say as you have already left me feedback on *th Jan which clearly states that you had received the item. I qoute 'Great ebayer Super post Many thanks A+++'.

I would start by sending an email asking if she meant to send the email to you - I had one of these and it was another item not received just sent the email to the wrong seller - worth a try perhaps
