Can you withdraw negative feedback left for a seller?

Basically as title states - if I wanted to withdraw negative feedback I left for a seller would this be possbile? If so how?

there is a way to do it ... you have to submit an alter feedback request. I don't think it is too difficult. Sorry, have only been on the other end of it so don't know the right answer.
