I bought a bath toy for dd, which said it was in working order (it needed batteries). It arrived - not very well packaged - and didn't work. I tried 2 sets of batteries. Emailed seller for a refund, after a bit of a delay they replied and said OK. I sent it back, then heard nothing. They did say they were moving, but I sent it back at least a week before that. Emailed again a week ago, but no reply. It's not for a lot of money, (which is why I didn't send recorded and I should have - argh)! I guess I just have to write it off? What feedback to leave?
