What feedback would you leave ?

I've bought 2 items recently and I'm pondering what to leave as feedback as I've never had a problem before.

The first is for an item which took nearly a week to arrive. All her fb said had been received quickly, and I guess its Christmas so should make allowances, But it was posted 2nd class when I paid for a first class service. Minor I know, but its the principle.

The second was a pair of running shoes which I think had been washed in the washing machine and had shrunk slightly. They were for DD and she had tried on her friends which were identical make and size so I knew they would have been right. I ended up having to buy a brand new pair from a running shop.

Both sellers were mailed about a week ago, but neither have bothered to reply.

WWYD ?

For the first item I would leave positive feedback as the item was fine but say that you were over charged for postage.
For the second item I would have returned it for a refund. Did you ask the seller if you could do this?

I have only emailed the shoe seller to say I have got them, but unsure as to what feedback to leave, and explained the issue.

I was expecting the seller to reply and take it from there, but he hasnt.

The thing is its nearly a month ago now ... isnt that too long to wait before putting in a dispute ?

I think you have 45 days to open a dispute, TBH I would contact them again and say if I don't hear back within 24 hours then I will be opening a PP dispute.
