royal mail dont class it as missing until 15 days after posting it

search the ebays threads and posters who know lots about it tell you how long you are meant to wait etc. Did the seller send traceable and can she track where they are? Also it may be worth asking your depot if they have a parcel for you as some people say they miss getting a card and the parcel gets sent back to seller. Check the other threads as most people know more about this than me!

First class sent the 9th - it's only been a week but Royal mail is struggling at the moment. Parcels and packets are getting left in the depot while they sort out the letters and cards as a priority.

If you can let me know where you are in the country and where she is I will have a look and see if there are any known RM problems for those areas. I have a business on ebay and get Royal Mails operations startement emailed to me daily.

The other think is to phone / check with your local delivery office. It's not unheard of them to forget to post one of the red 'we tried to deliver' cards through your door if the parcel is too big for your letterbox.

Nothing problem wise for the 9th in the mesrseyside hub. No mention of specific problems in your delivery area either.

Best bet is to check your depot. If they haven't arrived by Saturday I would email her again. If you paid by paypal you should be able to get your money back through them if she won't refund.

I'm having some parcels take nearly 2 weeks to arrive even though sent 1st class.
