Buy it now once auction has started?

Is it possible to add a buy it now once an auction has started and you have 1 bid on it?

I was going to ask the same thing. What can you do if someone asks for Buy it Now option then?

You can't amend it if already a bid on it. You could remove the item from auction and sell to the person who has asked but this is against ebay rules and not really in the spirit of ebay IMO.
I've had people ask me this before and have just said Sorry, no.

AFAIK, you can add a BIN if there are no bids- best bet is to use the ebay answer centre, they are fantastic over there. It's uder 'community' at the top right of the page. Go to 'answer centre' then 'bidding and buying' or 'selling', someone will have started a thread with exactly the same problem as you have, I guarantee it.
