Go to My Account, then Feedback Forum. Box menu on the right.

Says Feedback tools at the top.

You can't sell stuff if you have private feedback though.

So, if I make feedback private, would someone be able to find out what I've been buying/selling?

They wouldn't be able to find out what you had bought or sold from you feedback, "view item" would not appear. However you cannot sell things once your feedback is private. It may be possible to change feedback to public briefly for selling and then make private again but I'm not sure, have never tried it.
