Ebay before christmas?

Could any long term Ebayers please enlighten me how the selling process is before christmas. Is it more quiet, am I better off listing after christmas or vice verser?

I think unless you are selling stuff that people need/want for Xmas you are better off waiting til Feb

Also you have to think about whether it will arrive in time for xmas. By the time the listing ends, and if buyer takes a few days to pay you might be rushed to make the post office before that deadline for it arriving before xmas.
I have stopped listing for xmas now. You never know though with people off work over xmas they might be surfing eBay idly, or have xmas money to spend.

Depends what you are selling. Toys or christmas stuff may sell now but need to be quick to catch last posting dates.

I have stoppped listing now as i don't have much left to sell!
