Help - bidder asked about posting to Ireland

A potential bidder has asked if I will post to Ireland - I said yes and changed my postage options to include European Union - she has emailed to say she still can't bid.....any advice?

Maybe she doesn't comply with one of your other criteria? Or do you have to list ireland separately?

You may have ticked an option which says you won't post to other countries, and if you would like her to bid, you will have to untick this box.
