Paypal dispute HELP!!

I started the 0.0% buyer opened paypal dispute thread.....

just wondering i have replied in the message part of the dispute centre on paypal stating i have further pictures and also that listing stated no refunds etc....buyer hasnt reponded as yet i know that after 20 days paypal will close the dispute themselves if nothing further is done... (xmas eve would you believe!)

BUT....

Who gets the money back???
as the buyer still has the pushchair and i am down the £70 in money.....

So what happens if it doesnt get esculated or sorted??

stating no refunds in your listing is meaningless as ebay/paypal over-ride this.

Paypal will make a decision and either find in your favour and release your funds or ask the buyer to return and issue a refund from your account. Have they already froze the amount?

yeah theyve taken the money which put me in negative but i restored as needed to use my account so the money is being held by them i think
