I sold my buggy on there for £30 including delivery, arranged a courier - collect+ , the buyer was not happy with this method so I arranged another courier via P4D. so in all now I have paid £12 for the buggy to be delivered. I had advised of the original method of delivery before booking it.
I asked her via ebay to email me on my personal email so i could send her the proof of having booked these couriers. She then waited until I had done so to open a case on ebay saying she had not recieved the item and she wanted a full refund.
I have responded to say I will refund minus the 2 couriers and the ebay/paypal fees.
She has just phoned me to tell me that she did not open the case ebay did it themselves but there is a message typed in the same way as she typed her emails.
What would you do??
