Sold my pushchair on ebay last week, buyer paid staright away pushchair sent....

today i get a Significantly Not as Described Dispute claiming stains and tears and alsorts!

Lucky i have close up pictures of the pushchair that werent on the listing etc...

but paypal have taken the money back out my account while this is going on etc
(listing also states no refunds)

anyone have any ideas whats likely to happen??

have posted back in the dispute centre saying i have further pictures etc and that i have 475 100% feedback where as they are a newish user no feedback no nothing!

Help ebay wizzes!! have only sold a handfull of things and never had this problem!

keep calm in the paypal dispute and stick to the facts. paypal will look at the original listing and then make a decision. fingers crossed for you.

COntact the Ebay helpline number I find they are usually more helpfull!

Yes, they can't keep the pushchair AND the money!! Did they not contact you either? maybe they are hoping they can do both!! I kow how you feel in a way. I have just sold an expensive brand new box set to a new ebayer with no feedback and am a bit scared I have to say! But I also realise everyone has to start somewhere. Hope it goes ok for you though.
