Having to refund an unhappy buyer (previous thread)and wondering what the etiquette is with reagrds to refunds.
Buyer wants me to refund price and postage (ok) and then postage to return by recorded delivery (not sure about this as it's their choice to return item and i'd be happy with first or 2nd class)
Once we agree to refund terms they want me to refund THEN they will post item
Any advice?
