how do I do a refund?

I've never had to refund anything on ebay before, can someone explain how to go about it? Thanks

Through paypal?

just go to paypal, click on the transaction, it will say on the details page at the bottom 'issue refund'

you have to have the full amount in your PP account though.

You mean you have to pay the ebay fee in full? Sorry - all new to me
