Selling used nappies

Does anyone know if you are allowed to sell used cloth nappies on ebay? I see there are some on there but I didn't know if they have changed the rules. Thanks

I don't think you are allowed, maybe those ones listed just haven't been spotted by ebay yet to be removed

You no longer can, I sold mine in under an hour on netmums.
