Re-listing - I have questions!

I listed an item for a friend. It made its reserve within a couple of days and ended at the reserve price. Winning bidder has a very high FB but I've been waiting since Thursday for payment and was going to send reminder today. I spoke to my friend this afternoon and it turns out that her DP's ex is the winning bidder and she'd thought they'd like her to bid it up so it didn't sell for a low amount! Friend and I are cross about it because a) it's not allowed and b) there was no need because there was a reserve on it!!

Anyway, what I want to know is, if I cancel the transaction and re-list do the normal re-list rules apply (ie will it be free to re-list?). I wish she hadn't done it or that she'd let me know who she was straight away when the auction had ended because I could have re-listed on Sunday for free .

If anyone knows what's best to do I'd appreciate the help!!

i would report her as a non paying customer, because regardless of what her intention was with her bidding, that is what she is

I know but could make things awkward for my friend who has enough to deal with at the moment.

You can mutually agree to withdraw the transaction I think - not sure if this means it's free to relist or not.

Thanks, transaction has now been cancelled and will re-list.
