I have an ebay rule that I don't withdraw and spend funds from my paypal account until I have positive fb from the buyer and I know no refunds will be needed.

However I have just sold quite an expensive coat to soeone who would like it sent to his parents house in the uk, but he will not be coming back from Australia for 'a couple of months'.

So do I leave the money in my account until then? I was kind of banking on it for Christmas.

His confirmed paypal address is his parents byw so no worries on that front.

He can only leave feedback up to 60 days from date of purchase.

Will he be back by then ? if not I wouldnt worry, but wouldnt expect to be left fb.

If he's likely to be back then I think I would leave the money in PP, but I'm a bit cautious too.

I assume he will get his parents to open it and check it over then he will leave feedback.
Well, that's what i would do anyway.

You could always email in a few weeks asking him to leave feedback.
