I ordered ds a football gift set on 2nd November. It was supposed to be sent first class.
I emailed him on 10th asking if item had been sent.
No reply so i open an item not recieved on 12th.
I then get a full refund , no apology but a comment saying keep it for free if it arrives.

I am seriously wondering whether he even sent this as find the immediate refund odd. I would rather have been sent another tbh

Should i leave feedback and if so what ?

Hi, i would leave honest feedback, i look at the feedback before i purchase and if something this were to happen i would really think about whether to purchase from the seller.

I have just purchased something from Ebay and the seller wasn't 100% truthful and i've considered leaving neutral feedback rather then negative but if i did that then someone else may get something incorrectly described

You wouldn't expect that treatment if you purchased from a shop

Depends if he's a business or private seller. I think some business sellers do tend to "write off" stock and don't worry about missing items or refunds in the same way as private sellers do. I think it's feasible that it got lost in the post due to the strike.

I would write: "item got lost in post, seller refunded quickly" (+ve feedback)
