Do I refund pnp?

I have sold a camera on ebay. Turns out faulty. I have refunded the buyer through paypal but it wont let me refund the 2.50 pnp. Is this normal or is my bank account empty?

Do you mean the extra £2.50 he paid to return it? You can't refund more than the original transaction value. Refund this amount through the original so you get your PP fee back then send the £2.50 seperately through PP to his email address.
