I know I should know, as this is a really basic issue, but I am an infrequent ebay user and never had a problem before...
I "won" and paid paypal for an item on 8th October. It hadnt turned up last week so I messaged the sender asking when and how she had sent it. It has been several days and she hasnt replied.
I have messaged her again this evening, saying if she does not respond I will have to take further action, but now I realise I dont know what options I have! I dont want to overreact, but I am uneasy that my first message got no response.
