Seller no amending postage on invoice help??

Seller says they did not know how much a pushchair would cost to post so just added on 24.99 (like how much!!) t invoice but has agreed to parcel force 48 or other cheapy courier. However she will not amend the invoice and just says if I pay she will refund the difference.

I'm refusing to do this as I know as a buyer I have amended this before. She has also moved house and is using a friend's internet and I am hearing alarm bells ringing about paypal and diff addresses but that's only if the buyer has a diff address or is it?? Help!!

sounds dodgy to me.....you haven't paid it have you!

why wont they amend the invoice?

Thanks for your reply, glad it's not just me who thinks it sounds very odd!! Seller moved house day after sale, has no internet but uses her friends every few days yet won't give me a phone number so we could just sort it out over the phone. Sometimes I think she just does not really know how ebay works but also I don't want to get scammed and have to phaff around with a dispute etc.

It was a good price but only good if I get it so think will keep looking!!
