when should i neg them?

bought some boots on the 29th - still no boots. messaged on the 8th oct - still no reply.

at what point should i give up?

i don't want to neg someone unreasonably.

think about the boots or the refund before the neg.
open a dispute for item not received.

still no reply - reading the vendor feedback they have a couple of negs from not posting until two weeks afer sale!

i'll give them until 15th - full week after contact.

i've actually bought other boots and have them arrive in the meanwhile...so wouldnt mind a refund - but its the pronciple of the thing >old biddy emoticon

In a similar transaction a while back, trainers I had won were not posted until three weeks after the auction ended, and after I had sent three e-mails asking (nicely) when I could expect them. I posted negative feedback when I got them, but made it clear this was due to the delay, the item was as described. I was not the only buyer who had made this comment of that seller. It's the only time I've ever posted a negative, but they had frankly been pissing me about. Not replying to your e-mails is a very bad sign.
